Index Out of range Exception while spawning cargo ship

Enemy ships are not shown on radar for players except host of multiplayer map.

Altering config file for a planetary cargo ship mod

trying to change the spawn distance of the drone invasion mod by sunoko to be within 6k so it will go for player as soon as spawnin. Changed it to 6k max but now they dont even spawn. reallly really need this to work.
