Inspired more by the Quickiebomb launcher than anything else, detonate them quick or don't detonate them.
Idea 2 : (Note: LOTS of stats)
(+) Launched bombs stick to enemies
(+) +100% Explosion Radius
(+) Stickybombs have an outline
(+) Hidden Killer - Does not make any firing or activation noise
(-) -7 Max Pipebombs Out
(-) Launched bombs shatter on surfaces
(-) No Random Critical Hits
I feel like this one might be OP, as it is intended to be hidden on someone's back, then detonated once they get to their base. Since the stickies don't disappear themselves, it might be kind of hard to stop unless you can see them coming and remove them in time.

Great idea but I don’t think it needs any buffs other than stick to enemies fro walls, floors, and ceilings.
