Should be like the gunboats for demomen. 60-70 less damage reduction while explosive jumping but 20% weaker than the normal sticky launcher.

ok, let's keep the idea!

+stikies sticks to an enemy
+15% explosion range
+stikies can be seen (like the scotish resitance)
-can only use 2 stikies
-enemies can destroy the stikies on the player
-enemy explosions makes fall the stikie off the player
-stikies does a tick tick sound

Allowed for medieval mode

Well, most ideas here seem to be all about sticking to enemies, so might as well follow the bandwagon.

Idea 1 :
(+) Launched bombs stick to enemies
(+) +20% Damage Bonus
(-) -5 Max Pipebombs Out
(-) Stickybombs fizzle 15 seconds after landing
(-) Launched bombs shatter on surfaces

Inspired more by the Quickiebomb launcher than anything else, detonate them quick or don't detonate them.

Idea 2 : (Note: LOTS of stats)
(+) Launched bombs stick to enemies
(+) +100% Explosion Radius
(+) Stickybombs have an outline
(+) Hidden Killer - Does not make any firing or activation noise
(-) -7 Max Pipebombs Out
(-) Launched bombs shatter on surfaces
(-) No Random Critical Hits

I feel like this one might be OP, as it is intended to be hidden on someone's back, then detonated once they get to their base. Since the stickies don't disappear themselves, it might be kind of hard to stop unless you can see them coming and remove them in time.

it would probably be best as a reskin of the jumper or similar to the quickiebomb launcher except sticking to players and giving back health on hit

Well since it has the word "soft" in the name, It'd make sense that it has a damage penalty, right? How's this:
+20% larger blast radius
-20% Damage penalty
-5 max stickies out

I think it should be kind of like the Beggar’s Bazooka and the Scottish Resistance. It looks a lot like the Beggar’s Bazooka.(Yes this post is really late)

Hold Fire to load up to four stickies
Release fire unleash the barrage
+4 max pipebombs out
+20% larger blast radius’s

-25% damage penalty
Overloading the chamber will cause a misfire
No ammo from dispensers when active

Great idea but I don’t think it needs any buffs other than stick to enemies fro walls, floors, and ceilings.

Just thought I'd throw in my own take on stats:

When fully charged, stickies have doubled blast force, area of effect, range, and halved projectile fall off.
+50% max ammo on wearer
+50% blast force
+30% area of effect
+20% firing speed
+20% range
+50% charge rate
-30% projectile fall off

Stickies must be fully ramped up to deal blast force.
-30% damage penalty to enemies
-50% damage penalty to buildings
+30% ramp up time

No random critical hits.
