Sometimes, your progress will be reversed a little bit. If this happens, just redo the action. If connection lost issue persists after you redo the action, then stop doing it because this would mean that the developers are still working on the game.


Wanderland is loading the game, you will need some time to let it load! Once loaded, the black circle will disappear and you will be able to check your tournament status again.


It could be because your quest has progressed faster than your leveling up. However, it could also be because of bugs. If you want, you can add me to ask what is going on, or you can write to Jetdogs to report the issues.


We will not know whether it is a bug or not till you have tried several times. Quest item is not 100% for every HOS played. Sometimes, you have to play 5-8 times to get an item. You can buy Potions to improve chances of finding quest item. If after playing for more than 20 times and nothing happens, then you may contact Jetdogs about it, or you can chat with me to find out exactly what is wrong (I have experienced this before).


First, try to check the integrity of your game files. You can do so by going to Library > Right Click On Wanderland > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Files
If your file is corrupted, they will automatically repair it. Try opening it after they are done (just a few minutes). If your file is working fine, you will get a notice saying "All files successfully validated".

Usually, the gift counter resets 12 midnight, following your time zone. Please close the game before midnight and reopen it past midnight. It should reset. If it doesn't, please observe on for 1 more day. If still doesn't reset, please email the developers.

YES, there is a difference and I am not talking about the number of cursed scenes it gives. To get Giant Mirror Shards, you are required to purchase it with rubies. Everyone has limited resources in Wanderland, especially rubies and coins, hence requesting for something that requires other players to buy is not advisable. You are not likely to get it.

Instead, try to request for Mirror Shards. This is available for free by playing Hunter's Hunt at night mode and also through other avenues. Friends are likely to give you this item compared to Giant Mirror Shards.

Same goes to curse items for Fog Curse and Abracadadra Curse. It is advisable to request for: Reeky Alder Amber or Mix of Letters.

No, this game has no one-time cost or fee that would allow you to play without any sort of restriction. This is a free-to-play game, and you are not bound to purchase anything. However, if you want to ensure smoothness of the game, you can get DLCs by visiting the Store Page of Wanderland.


Try to clear off some other enemies, or enemies of the same type. Usually they will appear after a while. If they do not appear, you can feedback this matter to me, because I faced the same issue. But mine was being rectified.


No, all scenes are not random, they follow a specific pattern.It is not necessary to spend rubies to change scene.


You can change the scene by pressing on the "refresh" button as shown in the picture below (Please press the link). It will switch to the NEXT mode only and it costs 3 rubies.

I faced this problem, took me a while to figure it out.

There are various level brackets in the tournament, you will only compete with those players same level with you. If you are level 20, you will not see players level 50 in the same tournament listing. This is to ensure that the competition is fair for everyone of different levels.

Now, why is your position different from before? This is because when the game ended, you have entered a new tournament bracket, highly because you levelled up during the tournament.
