Compiled model being moved to garrysmod/models/models instead of destination folder
Technically, the model compiler (studiomdl.exe) called by Crowbar creates the model files in the "garrysmod/models" folder and there seems to be no way around that. Thus, Crowbar attempts to move the model files to the folder requested by the user, but there are a few circumstances where Crowbar is unable to move the files.

The compile log might show more info on why this moving has failed, such as the folder path being too long.

Model Attempted To Load One or more VMTs it can't find
Try removing the first slash character in the $cdmaterials line; it should look like this:
$CDmaterials "JengaBlock/"

ERROR: unexpected EOF
Most likely the mentioned SMD file is not complete. Another possibility is that the QC file has a syntax error.

bad command {
You probably need a space before the $sequence {. In other words change this line from:
$sequence "idle" "anims\body_idle.smd"{
to:
$sequence "idle" "anims\body_idle.smd" {

ERROR could not load file 'loop'
CAUSE: The "idle" $sequence does not have an animation file.
$sequence "idle" { activity "ACT_VM_IDLE" 1 fadein 0.1 fadeout 0.1 snap loop fps 30 }

EXAMPLE SOLUTION: Use an existing SMD file for the "idle" animation.
$sequence "idle" { "sr2m.smd" activity "ACT_VM_IDLE" 1 fadein 0.1 fadeout 0.1 snap loop fps 30 }
