WORKAROUND: You must click the little green and white button ("Refresh Game Items") to the right of the game name at the top before doing anything.

Will fix for next release, but not sure when that will be.

[BUG] Opening a texture in CS:GO Crashes crowbar.exe
I was unable to reproduce this error, but you might want to try Crowbar 0.72, which fixes some problems with Unpack in Crowbar 0.71.

@xdshot, Crowbar 0.71 accepts any file of a multi-file package, so choosing "pak01_016.vpk" makes Crowbar automatically search for a "pak01_dir.vpk" to get the content list.

I just tested this, and I see what you mean. I guess it needs to be something like:
$keyvalues { animset_version 2 // CSGO compiler adds the animset_version 2 qc_path keyvalue section automatically. // qc_path // { // "value" "models\weapons\world\w_snip_ssg08\w_snip_ssg08.qc" // } }
The reason for commenting is stated in the comment.
