Balance of Power Campaign! Saga of a Touhou War

The Gensokyo Army was formed during the Power Shift crisis (Ongoing: wherin all high and low level bosses' powers were flipped) as an alliance of former Low-Stage bossess, Including the Aki Sisters, Letty Whiterock, Hina Kagiyama, and others to respond to the Crisis. It is allied to Fortress Watsas, which is assisting in the fight.

The Balance of Power War has left most of Gensokyo's former high-level youkai powerless, so former low-level ones are now flocking to the Army under the command of 'respected' leaders.

Currently the Army is fighting Cirno's Fairy Insurgency, and the Angels (who are instigating the conflict). As Lord Tenma was assassinated, the Tengu are now divided, with many joining the Gensokyo Army and other factions.

Fortress Watsas forces are also involved, but are mostly in space and on the Moon fighting an invading Migou Fleet, also belived to have been summoned by the Angels.

Makai's army and other groups has yet to actively participate in the War. The Lunarians are currently fighting a desperate defensive war, caught between Fortress Watsas' robots and the Migou Abominations.

Currently, the Gensokyo Army is lead by Commander Minoriko Aki, Commisaar Letty Whiterock, and Special Agent Kituki, with Ironwatsas as a nominal overseer.

Neutral: Makai, Scarlet Devil Mansion, Eientei, Lunarians, Underworld, Oni, Outside Humans, Moriya Shrine, Ame-Chan's Cult, Neutral Youkai, Higan

Enemies: Cirno's Fairy Insurgency, Migou, Angels (and allies), Mythos Entities, Rogue Tengu
