Called from code, return value defines the behavior:
ALLOW_BASH_ALL  - normal behavior
ALLOW_BASH_NONE – do nothing at all
ALLOW_BASH_PUSHONLY – physics, but no damage

Set "sv_cheats 0" in the lobby before you launch the game. It's possible that you have cheats on beforehand, and when your server starts it decides to turn cheats off which will cause the cvars to revert to their original values.

It should work the same as any other mutation.

Nice idea, I enjoyed playing it! From a quick glance at the script, it looks like you're using the standard director logic for a co-op game, correct? If that's the case, then you can change the base mode to "coop" in your mode file, and remove the mission scripts completely. When the base mode for a mutation is set to a known mode, then you can play that mutation in any mission that supports that mode - in this case, all missions that support co-op.

- Changed TraceLine default mask to MASK_VISIBLE_AND_NPCS
- Spelling fix: AllowCrecendoEvents -> AllowCrescendoEvents

Yes, there are a couple more pieces - we'll make sure the tool chain is complete and get a wiki page up ASAP.

Oh that'll be easy to test, I was already playing that one today. :)

Where can I get the map? I'll debug it and see what's different.

General
TraceLine(traceTable) – uses a configuration table to do a raytrace, puts return information into the table for return usage. Returns false if the trace failed due to an error.
Inputs:
.start, .end – Vectors for the Trace
.ignore – entity handle to ignore as part of the trace
.mask – if you want a specific mask – TRACE_MASK_ALL, _SHOT, _PLAYER_SOLID, _NPC_SOLID, _SHOT, _VISIBLE_AND_NPCS
  
Outputs:
.hit – did we hit something
.pos – where the traceline ended
.fraction – where the hit occurred
.enthit – handle for entity hit if there is one
.startsolid – did we start in solid

I meant to pull the curling example from the beta, so there are likely missing assets. I suspect the map isn't there.
