We fixed it!! Seriously though, we had the entire Steam team look at every detail of your account and there was nothing that would have prevented you from uploading... at least it works on public.

- Fixed upload tool throwing an error when replacing an existing file, if the file size was greater than the available space in the cloud.
- Fixed the download progress panel sometimes not updating because it was referencing a different file than the one currently downloading.
- Fixed bad re-size behavior in the download progress panel.
- Adjusted the layout of the download progress panel.
- Made tag filter drop-down narrower so it doesn't overlap the add-on description.

- Fixed scoreboard not showing the campaign name for custom campaigns.
- Fixed "Rescue" label not drawing correctly in the scoreboard for campaigns with >5 maps.

"Items" tag was added both to game and Workshop Manager, but it's is missing from Workshop page[puu.sh].

The list of tags is automatically populated from the content that is uploaded - so when someone uploads a vpk that has the "Items" tag, then it'll appear in the sidebar. (I just found this out myself.)

That's really strange, that hasn't changed at all - I wonder if something else on the back end is preventing us from getting the download info from Steam. I'll look into it.

In fact, broken permissions were exactly the problem - lucky guess. I'll let the Steam team know that their fix worked. Thanks!

The launch error has been fixed. I'm checking with the workshop guys to see if the access permissions got changed or something.

@Motanum - we've been able to repro the error you're seeing by setting an incorrect app id on the upload tool, which makes it unable to find the cloud storage. I haven't heard from the Steam devs yet if they've found something specifically wrong with your account that would prevent you from accessing the cloud.
