I'm sorry about the delay with the updates, I'll get on top of it as soon as I can. No new change of requirement should happen until at least sometime next year, so there's no rush, but I know I've been falling way behind on the required scanner additions. I'll try to get it done tonight if possible.

Regarding The Saboteur, it's possible that someone who does have the game (someone with the EA dev sub) launched it a few months ago, and it may be unrelated, and regarding Mirror's Edge, you can add any non-steam game to your library, and you can add/change any image to show anything in the steam beta library, so it being there isn't necessarily providing any solid information. The new sub for Dragon Age 2 may be a bit odd, but otherwise I wouldn't get your hopes up just yet, I'd wait for more information before jumping to any conclusions.

I will note that I'm incredibly far behind on invites to the discord server, I need to catch up on them (by far behind, I mean very, very far behind).

The group chat used to be publicly available to everyone in the old system, but when they updated the Steam chat interface they changed how non-members were handled when it came to steam groups. I will say that the group chat is currently dead compared to what we used to have, which I am disappointed with.

A DLC will only give a +1 to your game count if the base app is included in the DLC, which is not the case for Prime Shift. If you want to confirm this information, make sure that the game is not still in the Steam Learning phase, then check the license for the DLC on steamdb to see what that specific license includes.

Hi everyone!

Over the last year, Elea has changed quite a lot. We got through Early Access, released on Xbox and next week the PS4 version will launch. With the release of the PS4 version on July 25th, all the improvements Kyodai has made for the console versions will be implemented back into the Steam version. However, this means that current save games are no longer compatible with the new version of the game. To make sure noone loses their old save games, and everyone still gets to play the latest version, we've created a new AppID for Elea, which means there's a new store page and library listing for that version. After launch on the 25th, the store page for the old Elea will be hidden, and only the new version will be available for purchase. It will remaind available to play for everyone who owns it before then.

So to recap:

• A new library listing and store page for Elea will launch on July 25th. This means you'll then have Elea in your Steam library twice. Both will remain playable.
  
• For everyone currently playing Elea; don't worry, you can continue playing the old Elea with your current save game.
  
• For everyone who wants to try the latest version; you'll automatically find the new Elea in your library on July 25th.

Basically, what Alex said. In the past few months (starting late last year), games have stopped being removed from the store and instead have just been purchase disabled, most likely to leave the game information available for those Steam users who own the game to have access to the game's information. The only games that have been removed lately are banned games, which cannot be detected, meaning new removals can't count towards joining the group.

As for prices, most of the games that have been purchase disabled in the last few months have had no sources, being significantly more rare than keys for banned games have been (most are only a few cents on third party sites). Allowing purchase disabled games to count allows people who have just started to have a chance to join the group. Also, don't forget that not even all purchase disabled games count towards the requirement, with steam learning games, even purchase disabled games that were recently released won't count, as they can't be detected properly either, unless they pass whatever requirements valve set in their back end before they get removed from the store.
