No games were deleted, there was a large ban wave of ~900 games, give or take, and banned games don't show up on your profile and cannot be detected by third party sites (you still have full access to all of them in your library to continue downloading and playing). The scanner is currently a few months out of date because I haven't had time to update it (personal things), but even so, the games removed from that banning would not show up there. You're currently at 138 removed and 147 purchase disabled as far as detectable games go, I'm checking on a more up to date tool I have access to at the moment.

Just to note I lost about 350 games myself, I haven't been buying games nearly as much as I used to, so a lot of people lost quite a bit more from your count than I did.

A lot of games end up with open subs, even regional open subs, for months or years after removal. I still see the open sub for Spider-Man when checking the AU store.

Fast and Furious: Showdown was removed from NA stores a few years ago but it still has an open sub in most other countries (the UK, for example).

Anthony hosts the site but I maintain the list, I've had a lot of personal things going on the last few months so I haven't been on top of it like I usually am and it'll probably be at least another 2 months before I'm settled back in, and with the 1500 games or so I'll have to mark by then it won't be too fun. I have an alternate way to scan that's up to date, though, I see you sitting at 29 combined at the moment (10 removed + 19 purchase disabled). The only one I see that should be missing from the scanner is Infinite Air, what's the other one?

The scanner is currently out of date by a few months, and even though nearly all of the changelog would be banned (unscannable games), there are probably a few detectable ones that you own. I can still check using an alternate source and you're at 110 removed and 99 purchase disabled, so you already meet the requirement to join, I've just been extremely busy the last few months so there may be delays in sending/accepting group invites.

Determination of availability comes from the ability to purchase the game directly from the Steam store from any store region, regardless of availability of a store page. Having an open sub in some regions means the game is still technically available, no different from a region limited game in this case. It's definitely an error, but that doesn't mean it isn't still sold.

Yeah, the changes are generally on Feb 1 if necessary, but I just changed the requirement recently to make it easier for people to join (by including purchase disabled games), so I doubt anything will even be changing even by then, the next realistic date for a requirement update would be sometime next summer, mainly if something significant changes again.
