Aldorlea is a company and they have been around for nearly ten years. In RPGMaker, you can create a fully functional game as fast as you can write the dialogue and combat stats. Their Millenium series is actually probably the most famous RPGMaker series ever made and one of the few self-made indie games that had magazine coverage back when the first game was originally released.
The only RPGMaker series I know of that rivals and possibly even outshines its fame and success is the Aveyond series, because it started many years earlier and it is technically still continues (although the studio has been kinda silent for nearly a year and a half).

As long as I know , they are ok. No suspicious buisness practice or vote bribe.
