uh, the sentry buster itself is pretty much a type of giant robot.
there's certainly no need for a second, unbalanced one.

the tank only commences its deploy animation for cosmetical display, it is not to simulate mvm.

the giant deflector heavy is basically adding an extra attribute to the stock giant heavy that STT already has. it's too similar.
the giant heavy is already powerful enough in my eyes and certainly doesn't need to be made even more powerful.

Of course, disagreeing with this is a perfectly valid opinion, you can think my name is rather stupid. But I don't think it will end up causing any confusion, the name does not directly state that the robot has an ability that it doesn't have, you can see the abilities of a given giant any time in-game, and even if someone is wondering "does 'omniscient' means he can see enemies through walls?", a quick question on the chat will just answer him. Come on, the name "minefield" is better at describing the Giant than my suggestion, but if you want to get into such details, stickybombs aren't exactly mines, they still need to be manually exploded, so it's apparent that the name was also added to be cool sounding without caring that the most literal interpretation possible isn't very correct...

exactly - the current name for the giant perfectly fits - it exactly tells you what the giant does - it places large amount of stickies like mines in a field - a minefield.
omniscient just makes it confusing and misleading.

it's because it makes it easier to understand what they do and how you can possibly counter the robots.

sir nukealot's name isn't really that understandable though, sure he does nuke but not a lot. he shares the same fire rate of the giant charged soldier (-100%)

because of the straightfoward names of the robots, players will know how to engage in combat with them.

here's an example

"colonel barrage"

this'll automatically make the players think "a high damage barrage will be it's main attack method" and so they'll try to avoid getting hit by said robot's barrage.

"sir nukesalot" of course isn't a straightforward name, but it's a name that you would give to a boss robot.
but if you were to give sir nukesalot a high fire rate - that's going to cause concern. surely players should already know that he fires "nukes" slowly.
regarding caio's request;
what the hell does a "giant omniscient demoman" mean? it would mean some giant demoman robot that knows where every player is and well, literally all there is that needs to be known.
but it's just a demoman with a sticky launcher. misleading, don't you think?
