VAC Kicking issue resolved, VAC enabled but vac players can still join

The VAC issue caused by recent Source updates from Valve should now be fixed.

24/7 Surf is now VAC secured though anybody who is VAC banned will still be allowed to enter the server and play. The redie plugin is almost fixed to work with the new updates but not yet, expect it to be up soon.
