General Feedback:
  • Overall, aside from wave 4 and 6, the mission lacks of meat and feels too easy even for an intermediate
  • The subwaves are also very long sometimes, 10 of the same giants coming one by one quickly feels repetitive
  • The explanation texts mentions fighting zombies/undead but the bots use robot skins, add ZombieNoWave666 1 in the pop to make them actual zombies

Wave 4:
  • The constant stream of charged soldiers + umeds is too much for intermediate, axe down some of them and add another subwave instead

Wave 7:
  • We can see a good attempt for the boss but it doesn't work because the support is very weak and never changes and the boss is very beefy making the fight feel very long and drown out

Might as well display (current) changes that have been made to keep this submission in validation.

Wave 1
Increased tank HP from 10k to 12k
Added six Stock Demomen that spawn one per 22 seconds

Wave 2
Doubled SpawnCount and TotalCount of the Detonator Pyros
Added three Giant Demoknights to subwave 2b

Wave 3
Replaced the one Medic squaded with each Giant Pyro into one Battalion Soldier
Increased TotalCount of the Stock Scouts from 35 to 49
Added Tele_Battle Engineers to support

Wave 4
Decreased TotalCount of the Giant Detonator Pyros from 10 to 8
Added three Giant Sun-on-a-Stick Scouts to subwave 4b

Wave 5
Decreased Total squads of Giant Charged Soldiers + one QuickUber Medic from 10 to 4

General Feedback:
  • The mission feels really bland and uniteresting. You can spice it up with more interesting bots or subwaves.

Wave 1:
  • The ending of the wave feels boring after the tank dies. Add weak giants like Giant Flares or Giant Demoknights at the end.

Wave 3:
  • The Scouts were dragging the wave. Make them spawn faster by a bit.
  • Finale is just wierd because it's just a lone Armored Leauge with some support. Rework the finale.

Wave 4:
  • Use scout_sunstick_swordstone for the Sun-on-a-Stick Scouts.

Wave 6:
  • The Bowmen are spawning very fast and with max active making them very spammy. Increase the WaitBetweenSpawns.

Wave 7:
  • The Support is very spammy. Increase the WaitBetweenSpawns.
  • Increase the CooldownTime on Spies to atleast 30 seconds. They are very frequent and annoying with current time.
  • Consider changing the Buff Banner into a Normal Soldier or weaker variant.

Decreased WaitBetweenSpawns of the Stock Scouts from 12 to 10
Subwave 3c consists of a WaitForAllDead Subwave of seven Battalion Soldiers that help assist the Giant Armored Sandman Scout

Wave 4
Giant Sun-on-a-Stick Scouts now use the recommended icon

Wave 6
Increased WaitBetweenSpawns of Support Bowmen from 1 to 2

General Feedback:
  • Mission is pretty close to passing. We just have some small issues on specific waves


Wave 1:
  • Remove the samurais. This mission already has a lot of dps checks with the multiple giants and tank, and samurais are very good at snowballing players.

Wave 2:
  • Replace the common soldiers with the burst black boxes from W1 as their slower rockets are easier for intermediate players to deal with
  • Give Gknights the tide turner so they dont hinder pyro and explosive classes too much.


Wave 4:
  • In our opinion the weakest wave. There was very little variety in the wave composition, and it felt like we were just fighting the same 3 subwaves for 3 minutes.

Wave 6:
  • Remove the first tank, as players just destroyed a tank at the very end of wave 5, and to start the next wave with a tank can make players feel fatigued.

Wave 7:
  • Slightly nerf the boss' total health and slow down the rate at which support bots spawn.

Giant Demoknights now have the Tide Turner.

Wave 4
Replaced Giant Detonator Pyros with Giant Scorch Shot Pyros (The Pyro Pusher variant)
Subwave 4a1 Bonk Scouts now have the Sandman Equipped
Replaced Subwave 4b Bonk Scouts with Detonator Pyros

Wave 6
Removed the tank from subwave 6a
Because of the above change, added one more squad of a Giant Heavy + one QuickUber Medic

Wave 7
Increased WaitBetweenSpawns of Support, again
Decreased boss HP from 60k to 56k

Wave 2:
  • Generally this wave a bit too strong for int. This needs to be toned down by bit.

Wave 3:
  • Bowmen are way too spammy.
  • The ending is lame because it's just 1 Giant Scout with 7 Battalions.

Wave 4:
  • Spawn the 2nd Giant Scout faster so he doesn't spawn when the detonators die.

Wave 5:
  • The late part of this wave is hard. Try nerfing the 2nd tank HP.

Wave 6:
  • The Uber medics on Giant Heavies can be way too threatening for int. Replace the Uber Medics with 2 Big Heals on Giant Heavy per squad.
