While swearing/harassing at another user is against the rules, IMHO this is not a reportable offense unless it an extreme case or it happens repeatedly. He did put in his notes that he is selling it as a set.

Best thing to do is just forget it and move on. If you did report it, it probably woudnt warrant any action. Mods already have alot of cases to deal with so i would just move on and ignore this trade/user.

If he insults you directly, why not. Your example (ffs) would not be an insult yet, imo, just bad manners. But if he calls you an idiot, retard or the like, as he's done with others it seems, I guess you can report that.
