Sometimes it is the account that was hacked and the hackers use the hacked accounts to scam.
Report him, this helps the original owner and others as well

Report him to Steamrep, you won't be getting your Bacon Grease back though. Should have checked to see if he had a rep thread.

You won't have it back because it's now allowed to trade for cards or money, also, lesson learned, never.trade.with.wallet.cards, if the other have this card, ask him to activate and buy keys with the wallet money, 100% will not answer and remove you from the friends list
