Remove Audio Advertisments
I'll leave outpost tabbed sometimes, which is annoying because i'll be doing something else and suddenly hearing dramatic music or random piano notes. took me a while to realize this was the ads on outpost. This is really annoying, is there any way to replace these with audio-less ads?

There are two ways to do it:

1. Pay (not donate) to outpost $5 per month, service yet to be implemented. or,
2. Use some ad blocking add-on in your browser. If you cannot find anything just use no script add-on.

Yes these ads are extremely annoying. I keep outpost up all the time and every match i play i get interrupted by ads at least 3 times per match. The ads are considerably louder than the game so if somebody is talking I have to ask them to stop and repeat when the ad is over.

Of course they wont get rid of the ads because that motivates you to pay $5 per month.

The only problem is that the people who send out the ads will see that the ads aren't getting watched, and won't pay TF2OP for the ad space.

Use flashblock to only block those most annoying ads.
Also has the benefit of making your browsing more secure.

Besides that, if OP keeps reloading ads in the background while nobody is watching / using the site anyway, I wouldn't feel too bad about the "lost" ad revenue.
From the other perspective: why should I pay for my ad when nobody is watching?

Well it seems as if now outpost has yet their most annoying ad/bug yet.

There now seems to be a bug with ads. The ad will begin to play then randomly cut out. The first word of the ad barely gets out then it cuts out. It will replay this 3-4 times in a row. It is really loud. Really annoying and really old.

outpost step it up.

We don't have direct control over the ads. If you catch any bad adds, try to gather as many evidence as possible (name, company, screens) so we can pass it to the people who manage them.
