Yes, it functions exactly the same as TF2 Outpost and shares your trades and settings, but everything defaults to Dota 2 instead of TF2.

You can get a debit card version which works with BluePay (it's just a MasterCard).

Now that users can re-open trades, I think this is a viable idea.

This is something that's been on my todo list for far too long.

We definitely need to expand the "placeholder" items. Unfortunately it's hard to make search actually match real items in trades, because there are over 19,000 items in the Steam Inventory schema right now.

We're waiting on Prolexic to do something about it - we've sent them the requested information 3 times but they don't seem to have any solutions at all. I'd suggest you keep using dotaoutpost.com until they actually do something.

There's no way that we'll be able to accept keys as a form of payment, it's totally out of the question (unfortunately).

I am currently discussing internally to see if I can get the cost of premium changed, but that's as much as I can tell you on that front. I'm also looking to see if we can get an alternative method of obtaining premium in place - an idea I've been throwing around is a referral system that would reward you with x days worth of premium per member referred.
