I've passed the three traceroutes that have been posted on to Prolexic, which as you can see the traffic gets routed through. They're a DDoS provider that help Outpost when we get attacked (which is actually starting to happen a little more than it used to). They should get back to us soon-ish, and I'll let you know what they say.

You could maybe try changing DNS servers to Google's open DNS servers or OpenDNS' servers, but I'm not sure that will really have any affect at all. It's more likely that the route being taken is causing requests to be blocked (but I have no idea why that would happen).

nslookup tf2outpost.com

And post the results here. I don't think that the domain should be resolving to the IP address that your traceroute determined (162.242.190.117).

Okay guys, we need your help. If you're having this issue then can you please perform a traceroute.

In Windows, select Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt. Now type the following:

tracert tf2outpost.com

Paste the response here so we can determine what's going wrong.

I think you may be correct that this is region based, I'll take a look into this in more depth asap.

We can't for the simple reason that the system doesn't know which items exist until it sees them. Valve don't offer an API for Steam Inventory schemas so we have to generate our own schema based on items that are found in backpack requests.

When you sign up for the first time you're redirected to the rules, and a message appears telling you to read them.

If you don't read them before you start using the service then it's your own fault for breaking them, knowingly or not. It's also available at the bottom of the page, next to the About and FAQ links.

Sorry about that - it must have been caused during the cache issues we were having yesterday and the day before. I've added the premium rank to your account so it should show up properly now.

It's on the homepage. Select the game at the top right and then you can also dig deeper into only showing trades that contain an item of x quality.

I'm pretty sure this only happens in Internet Explorer. I'd suggest you try Chrome or Firefox.
