It's your opinion vs the number of people who'd buy a gifted item full price. If I were to buy an item and I can pick between a clean one and a gifted one guess which one will I pick? Unlike duped items which have absolutely no visual difference other than the same original ID in the back end, gifted items have someone's ugly profile name stuck to them forever with no way to remove it.

If you ever wanna get rid of such an item, you'd have to knock down the price a bit and hope for the best.

There were some "glitched" items that remained in user's backpacks after Halloween that should have normally expired. The effect on those has worn off after some time.

However there's a trick that allows you to still paint items if you kept some spells. So items painted AFTER the Halloween event will have the effect forever (or until gaben decides to fix it). I think it's safe to say that all the glitched items that were like ticking bombs are now out of circulation.

That's a throwaway account, it gets banned they create another.

They have been doing it for weeks. Same phishing site, different domain, different users. I wonder if anything can be done about them, an IP range ban maybe?

Just put a link to your old account from your old account to your new account and vice versa. This way those who care can check your old rep. As for outpost, there's no rep on it so it shouldn't be a problem starting fresh.
