"However you make no sense when you want to shorten that gap by cutting every items value in half.."

U misunderstand. I don't want to cut something in half. I am pointing out that market forces should decrease price of Bills (in terms of key) not its value. I hav made it clear that ref did not devalue (nothing uv said counters what I hav shown either). It is not in overabundancy to most player/traders. I know that personally.

If ref has not devalued than the key has increased in value. This does not mean that any of the "currancy" items priced in keys have also increased in value. If there were a run on Bills hats and those willing to sell them were running in short supply than bp,tf would recieve a request to up the price, lets say to ten keys. Would u say, no, its an excepted currancy item and can not move.

Look at most of trades including the Bills hat. They r mostly item for item trades. Im not sure that validates its value as much as validates the belief in its value.

ex - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8475445

after one month did not move his white bills for 10 pure had to drop price to 9 and sold

no takers for pure offer

Look at the Sharp dresser. Most posts r looking for currency not items. Theres enough oppertunity to validate its actual value.

An item for item trade doesn't neccesarily validate its currency value.

With the 32 ref i wouldn't be allowed ot buy the bills for, I could buy other items and make 40 from it.

Maybe ill post an offer to buy a bills for 7 and see what happens.
