I grew up with Silent Hill 1 and 2 so seeing this game being announced all those years ago really gave me something to look forward to. I genuinely had no doubts about this remake solely because of how outdated the original gameplay and cutscenes is. (I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ LOVE tank controls and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ camera angles don't get me wrong.) Silent Hill will always be a part of me and that's why this is my only serious review.
I Finished First played through, and I cried within the first 5 minutes of the game just seeing how good everything looked and felt. I haven't felt this good about a remake since FFVII, which I bought 4 different times. Thank you, Konami. I hate and love you. Please give me a SH1 remake and I'll get another silent hill tattoo. Thank you for letting us play 2 days early.

The mines make my frames drop to 15 fps however i can be van helsing and fight a giant alligator so 10/10 game would recommend
