♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on the shoe. Fairness is throw out the window to brew playtime. Storylines are predictable to every dirty plebian idiot bar one quest that uses you to think for more then five seconds, the storyline is predictable ♥♥♥♥.
And the combat is terrible, nonsense that'll have you 1 hit a boss in a bossfight, then let you get stunlocked and destroyed by one of the bossfights level 1 supports.

When the developers aren't sucking the bonemarrow of whomever is sent to them that is deemed to be a creative, they are trying to milk the franchise to the grave despite the whole origin and purpose of the series not actually belonging to them in the first place.

Dimitri Glukovsky said that we must embrace the future, and thus the Metro games were formed - but this one just pissed and ♥♥♥♥ and came all over the efforts, and butchered the storyline into a neat turd before flashing its rotten and ♥♥♥♥-filth ridden teeth in a grin before ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ over anyone who bothered to care. Yes please, give me the 2.50 donation for a netflix series, ♥♥♥♥ if I care.

The game is good, but it's characters and writing is absolutely terrible.
It's a decent, and fun spin-off. But. It needs to be communicated that this Fortnite-style of humour, and such /is not/ the way anyone in the community wants the see the game progress towards.
Nothing sucks the impact of a carbombing, like some shaven head hipster making a quip five seconds afterwards.

The aliens themselves just sound like generic people aswell, the snakes dont even hang on to the S's - which I was looking forward to seeing.

With the game discounted to 8 pounds, yeah - it's worth the money, its a decent little experience. But at full price? Do not bother. Go play XCOM:EU or XCOM2.

Beautiful. I hope my money goes towards the artists really expressing themselves to make what they want to make.

The game used to be really fun, but now it really is a slog due to all the 'meta' changes the developers have done.

Been waiting for this game for awhile now. It's a must buy to anyone. Forget about all the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ surrounding it, this game is legendary and deserves your attention and money.

A narratively bankrupt game, with terrible controls and horribly executed storyline that fails to capture any of the actual interesting elements or themes from Orwell's 1984.
Unless you like the bare minimum of the theme, with nothing else added - and love to constantly fail thanks to poorly implemented controls that are delayed and constantly make you feel on ice. Don't bother.

Beautifully designed game. If this is the beginning, the devs going places.
