t is a fantastic puzzler. It creatively uses these genres to make physics and time-based puzzles. Where it lets itself down is the attempt to give the game a personality. It’s obnoxious and unfunny to anyone who has developed past puberty. It’s a shame because otherwise, the title is a lot of fun.

As you could have expected, this game is just an infinite loop of similar levels, without any checkpoints and quite fun boss levels. However, even though this game is slightly above the average, this game is enjoyable only for a bit and completely feels like going for 100% is a thing you will never want to do where.
I say, get this game with a 60% discount or more and see for yourself. Anything more than that and you will just feel offended.

At start and through out the way, as many indeed have noticed, this game feels like a hidden and unpolished gem. Although poor combat controls, poor story, bugs, lack of details and thought given into the game. And dont get me started on the saving system and the constant BACKTRACKING which makes all of this an absolute mess. Couldn't even bring myself to finish the game again here on Steam as I did on other platforms. Better just go for System Shock goldies or watch the Alien Trilogy for the hundreth time, than this.

While there is fun in the premise of knocking back waves of Lovecraftian horrors while teleporting around them and maximizing Tesla’s devices, none of these concepts ever truly hits the mark. The result is a distracting but ultimately mindless exercise in repetition, which fails to ever become truly interesting.

Whether This War of Mine truly succeeds in saying anything more than ‘war is hell’ I don’t know. Equally, I’m not at all sure it needs to. We play a lot of wars, and it is surely only fair to sometimes be reminded that war is not really about a muscle-bound American man saving the day. It makes its point very well, in that it is harrowing, it is careful, and its increasingly deadly Groundhog day approach supports rather than disrupts the atmosphere of extreme strife. It’s without doubt effective and impressive at what it does. Whether, though, you wish to subject yourself to despair in the name of empathy can only be your own decision.

Bethesda took a game that could be fun for a week and tried to use mechanics to stretch it into something that could be fun for 2-3 months, giving them enough time to add more content to the game. They failed. Fallout Shelter, despite never asking you to spend money, basically just gets worse the more you play it because you're constantly being badgered by intentionally annoying "speed bump" mechanics and other artificial barriers.

Even for those who aren’t expecting much from an RPG, Bit Heroes can be either a frustrating difficult or easy experience.
All in all, just grind, grind, and grind until the servers just kick you out as they are so overloaded all the time.
However, I still keep getting back for some reason. Sounds like a relationship of damaged couple, but its Bit Heroes. If you have less sadistic tendencies, you should look somewhere else. If you do not, welcome to the GrindFest.

An intelligent, innovative, ingenious and beautifully designed action/puzzle game. Whether you have a PC or a Wii, you need to get your hands on some Goo.

Went into the game expecting something good, after finishing the tutorial I thought to myself that this game could be great. I started off playing Coop, I learned very quickly that there is no skill or strategy involved. The other players were just running through rushing to get the most kills and get the most points. I gave up early on in the Coop and tried the versus mode to become even more disappointed. Straight away I played on a small map with many people, all it was, was a grenade tossing simulator with shotguns put in the mix. Immediately after spawning, I would run out to die by a few players camping outside with a shotgun or 30 grenades coming my way. Once you get rank 20, you get only toxic players from that point on.
Yes, it's free and it does have some entertainment, but there are plenty of better options out there.
