2. 同游戏优先原则：建议交易物品来自同游戏。比如同个游戏的卡片，表情等。不同游戏的大概率会拒绝。

I may decline your friend request if I am not satisfied that you are a bona fide Steam user. Here are some factors that I will take into account when reaching my decision, without prejudice and offence.

1. Your Steam level is too low (typically lower than 10):
Though Steam level does not guarantee a genuine user, higher Steam level users less likely risk their account by violating community rules, such as offer scams, hijacked links or other eccentric behaviors.

2. Play free-to-play games only:
Those who play f2p games only are on balance not financially established on Steam, and are likely going to abandon their account soon or do anything might put other users' account at risk. Also, those users tend to ask for games for free or share games with them, which is quite annoying.

3. Profile set up PRIVATE or has not yet set up:
Friend requests from private profiles will be declined without a second thought, as a bona fide Steam user, who wants to make friends, will never hide his/her profile. This does not include someone that I know in real life or those already in my friend list.

4. Multiple VAC or Game bans on record:
*I must acknowledge that I do use trainer/mods/console command to cheat or achieve something in a SINGLE-PLAYER game, you can unfriend me or withdraw the friend request if you find it offensive to you. While cheating in a multi-player game is kind a of behavior that should not be tolerated. Many people claim that they are innocent and banned by mistake but can't justify it. Multiple bans strongly indicate a player's character issue that should raise serious concerns regarding their friend requests not to be a genuine purpose.
