Another gem from the twisted genius David Szymanski. Visceral and tactile melee combat, impeccable atmosphere and some good variety in levels despite utilising a very limited enemy set. The writing actually surprised me in this game as well. Highly recommended.

Where is the Sixth Day Stilt Cathedral song? Easily one of the best tracks in the game is missing.

Edit: Changed to positive after finding out why. The music included is still incredible.

Elegant cyberpunk city builder with simple tools and great procedural generation. With the latest update, you can create some truly incredible cities with highways, tram systems and a nice variety of building and decoration customisation.

A surprisingly relaxing game with a cozy vibe despite the dystopian theme.

An ingenious town builder that relies on a compact toolset and clever procedural generation to create beautifully aesthetic towns and castles.

It's simple to start building, almost like doodling, but there is delightful depth and surprises to be discovered as you begin to understand the way elements procedurally fit together to create new intricate structures.

Everything from the sound and graphics exude charm and polish, with the lighting engine a particular marvel. This is ray traced quality graphics running smoothly on even basic systems.

One of the most zen and delightful games I've ever played.

Once again GrizzlyGames comes through with the goods with an exceedingly simple and elegant game with incredible depth. A fresh mashup of an RTS and tower defense, it takes the most compelling elements of both and seamlessly delivers it through absolutely ingenious UI and controls that removes complexity but retains gameplay depth.

A very easy recommend just like Islanders before it.

A couple hours in and this is already better than Hades.

The combat feels more deliberate and tactical; the gameplay systems are more fleshed out and varied; the story and characters more compelling, the graphics and animation extra polished - almost everything is improved.

Can't wait to see how much better this gets!

Really wanted to like this but just can't get past the shallow and unsatisfying combat. The presentation and style of the game is impressive and extremely well done but the moment to moment gameplay is lacking. Enemies are unsatisfying to kill, the melee swings lack impact, and ranged engagements feel flimsy.

Can't recommend this unfortunately - especially for the price.

A sound issue that makes all sounds muffled that arose with the 1.0 release has prevented me and many others from playing. Devs still haven't fixed it almost a year after release.

The greatest puzzle adventure game of all time. An utterly masterfully crafted world that is visually evocative and narratively compelling - its puzzles and mysteries weaved so organically throughout that it doesn't feel like you're solving puzzles, but rather unravelling a world. A classic for very good reasons, this is a must play that still holds up extremely well today.

Incredible remake. Expands on the original in thoughtful and surprising ways while always respecting the tone and authenticity of the world. The puzzles are cleverly changed and all the additions and alterations work together to improve the game and flesh out the lore.

The animated characters and some visual areas of the game are not executed as well as the original, but these are minor shortcomings in what is one of the best remakes I've ever played. If you love the original you'll love this, and if you're new, you're in for an amazing journey through one of the most compelling and well crafted game worlds ever created.
