KCD was one of my favorite RPGs and it's squeal surpasses it in nearly every way.
Performance was good with only minor drops in the cities and a few story specific scenes, which is impressive considering how beautiful the game is. Although the character animations are quite rigid, it doesn't detract from the gorgeous scenery.
I did run into a few bugs here and there, for example an audio glitch that made all dialogue sound echoed, NPCs walking through walls and each other, and quest markers not disappearing when the quest is completed.
It took me 120 hours to complete the game from start to finish, that's including time spent on side-quest of which I only did maybe a dozen. Once hardcore is added I'll be going back to do anything I haven't done.
My favorite thing about this game is how the many systems account for so many varriables, (for example you might get a mission to remove a bandit camp from an area, you could go about doing so by sneaking in and killing them in their sleep, or just rush in and take them all on, or try talking to them, or have your dog kill them, basicaly any way you can think of).
Looking forward to the potential KCD3, fingers crossed, Audentes Fortuna iuvat!
