Espionage Remastered: Better Politics Compatibility Patch

Compatible with the latest version of Espionage Remastered.

Description
This is the compatibility patch which gets Espionage Remastered working with Better Politics.

All this does is adds interest group support for the law so it can be passed. Everything else in Espionage Remastered was made with compatibility in mind and is dynamic. E.g. Election Interference will dynamically pull whatever political parties can exist in a target country, whether vanilla or changed by Better Politics.

Espionage Remastered must be top of the load order and this mod must be last in the load order, sandwiching Better Politics and any other mods and patches.

Compatibility
This isn't compatible with any other mod that modifies the ideologies in Better Politics.

@Cat-a-logue It will work, but I haven't tested Election Interference with it yet so let me know if you run into any issues with it, but I made it with Better Politics compatibility in mind so it should work :happy_yeti:
