Description
A outbreak simulation game. You play the role of a government worker sent to contain a zombie infection. You have two weapons at your disposal- a gun and a cure.

All levels are randomly generated, along with the civilian population. A carrier will start at the begining of the round. They show no signs of the virus initially. They will start infecting civilians imediately, and eventually the virus will take hold. You will need to contain the outbreak and rescue as many innocents as possible.

Controls:
WSAD/Arrow Keys- Move
Left Mouse- Fire gun
Right Mouse fire antivirus
Space: drop attraction beackon.
Enter: Drop Rescue Beacon.

Once placed, the rescue beackon causes a helicoper to fly to it, and pick up survivors. It will only pick them up if the area is clear, however.

Also, once everyone is cured and the zombies are killed, or rather, once the zombie is killed and the few people it infects are cured, the game kind of just stops. It's pretty easy to end an outbreak before it starts, and if there wasn't a way to snuf out an infection permenantly and the game couldn't be totally won, then it would be much more frantic and tense. I think that's what you're going for based on the description, and I'm looking forward to seeing this game expanded and fleshed out.

Pressing shift and slowly zooming the camera out to look at the entire map is disorienting and kinda slow. I think it should be instantly toggling between the world map and character camera.

I'm finding this extremely fun. I'd like to see sound, a bit more difficulty, and possibly another game-mode, possibly limiting your weapons, or making it so people cannot be healed. Also, maybe a overheat on weapons? Especially the cure one. And different types of zombies, ones that are very fast and take one hit (like right now), ones that are slow, but take multiple hits, or maybe one that infects faster. But overall, still really nice!

*I'm not sure how this will/can work, but co-op would be really cool if possible?
**AND the firing is a bit too accurate, I think it might be better if you toned that down, if possible (again:P)

Heh, thanks. (I checked, and my moddb entry predates his anyway.) Anyone have any feature requests or suggestions?

I like it so far regardless of the name being taken, the other game was discontinued for a while so it does not matter either way; I thought of this idea a while back however there are differences from what I see. Glad you made it since I did not :D
