Description
Turret Defense has become Turrent OFFENSE. You have 60 seconds to save the world. With turrets mounted, you must rush to the Core and destroy it before the world is destroyed.

Controls:
WASD - Move
U, I, O - Hold to use front row. Mash to use front row faster.

(Alternately, can use Numberpad 7, 8, 9 and 4, 5, 6)

Switching Turrets:
Press a front row button (U, I, O) and a back row button (J, K, L) at the same time to switch the turrets.

Turret Types:
Gatling - Hold to fire. Mash to fire faster.
Shield Breaker - Hold to charge. Mash to charge faster. Release key to fire.
Rocket - Hold to fire. Mash to speed up cooldown.
Grenade - Press to fire. Mash or hold to have it travel. Release to detonate.
Shield - No mashing required. Blocks things.
Booster - Hold to speed up and get to the boss faster. Mash to go faster

UPDATES:

- The community has spoken, and we have listened. You can now HOLD the fire buttons to fire your turrets. But if you mash, the turrets will fire / charge faster.
(Beware of ghosting on your keyboard if holding multiple buttons! If you find that some buttons are not working, it is likely because your holding too many keys down and your keyboard can not physically detect any new key presses)

- Added 2 new game modes. Infinite and Swarm.
> Infinite - See how long you can last against an infinite stream of enemies
> Swarm - The enemy is comming in huge numbers!....good thing we brought 3 lasers.

this came up when i tried starting a normal game. i just downloaded it and the menu comes up fine but i cant seem to play. it's the same message for infinate.

and this comes up for Swarm. I dont know if it is my commputer or if it is a bug but i figured you need to look into it.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. If you are referring to the particle effects, those were made using the built in particle system. If you're talking about the ship movement and turret movement, those were coded by me. Once again, I'm not really sure what your trying to point out, but I do appreciate the feedback.

Not to be too insulting, but if we look at the way you coded the ship and also the AI of the enemies, we can clearly see those effects were not produced by yourself.

great game very challanging and that makes it fun. My input would be if it is possible to add mouse click buttons to change the weapons. I find it hard and irritating when you're trying to change the weapons for the speed booster and instead of swaping it gets used and pushes u forward and u lose a ton of heath before it actually switches

I like the game, but mashing (and holding) feel too easy. I tried to figure out what weapons work best on what enemies, and build a strategey, but I die too fast if I don't mash. Other than that it's a really good example of a scrolling shooter! Good job!

New update! I heard the complaints about the mashing, and have implemented a new system that will let you HOLD the button to fire. If you do decide to mash though, the turrets will fire faster. So that gives you some options. Let me know what you think of the changes.

In the other side
I really love the effects of bullets, but the mashing thing broke mi arm, jaja.
May i suggest a mouse mash and hold for all the turrents?

Thank you for the quick response. I didn't know how bad the mashing mechanism is until 5 seconds into playing it my wrist exploded in pain.. that's.. not good.

The game doesn't suck, my carpal tunnel does.
