***How to use *A Tamriel TES CIV V Map* and *A Tamriel Marathon TES CIV V Map* with true start locations***
1)Mods, 2)Accept, 3)Next, 4)Single Player, 5)Set Up Game, 6)Map Type, 7)A Tamriel TES CIV V Map, 8)Load Scenario, 9)Start Game.

After clicking on *Load Scenario* just below the name of the map (*Advanced Setup* will darken, this is supposed to happen).

--Due to an unresolved issue, *Random Civilization* is the only thing selectable, you will start as Cyrodiil after clicking *Start Game* --- If that is who you want to play as, go ahead, its all good from here......

**however, if you want to play as someone else**

1) Just start the game with *random civilization* selected (you will start as Cyrodiil)

2) Then back out to the main menu

3) Once you get back to the set up game screen, select the civ you want!

Not hard, but still a little bit of a hassle. **This only happens when first starting a new game, you can load you saved games normally without doing this!**

~~Special thanks to Jediravenclaw for creating some much nicer leader screens and Dawn of Man screens for Elsweyr, Orisinium, Morrowind, Valnewood, and High Rock!

I did find mods for specific eras to stop like you described; they're not the same mods, but I don't know if they're going to work, I'll just have to see. And I can see what you're saying about the whole alternate reality; maybe you could just make the no progression an option?

The reason I didn't add that, and do not plan to, is becuase the spirit of Civilization is alternate history/alternate reality. Who's to say that after the era represented in Skyrim, Nirn did not advance technologically to have bombers and firearms, and what not? We can only know in this mod :)!
