Description
Adds a stronger version of Penoxycyline, called Preporix, that lasts 2 seasons and prevents almost all disease
(The name Preporix was a vague placeholder from a random drug name generator)

2 seasons are 30 days but the maximum frequency is 25 days. any way to change that? maybe make it 17-18 neutroamine and make it last 25 days
