Stronger Penoxycyline - Preporix Edition (1.1)

Description
Adds a stronger version of Penoxycyline, called Preporix, that lasts 1 season and prevents nearly more afflictions
(The name Preporix was a vague placeholder from a random drug name generator)
Yes the Thumbnail is still backwards. I'm just too lazy yknow

@maxxmillian Whoops, I fixed the error in the Penox version but forgot in the others,

This error appears:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\1122589410\Defs\ResearchProjectDefs/ResearchProjects_Tier2_Preporix.xml: root element named ResearchProjectDefs; should be named Defs

@Mike.epsilon Prep and Prep Plus are incompatible, and preporix in the normal version is the same as penox in the no prep version
