More Mounts for the AI

Description
The aim of this mod is an increased use of mount options by the AI.
In Vanilla high tier mounts, such as dragons, are not often seen used by the AI, this mod fixesthat.
This does not mean that at turn 150 you will only see flying lords, I've tried to keep a good balance.
The screenshots are simulated, as I gave every AI general instantly 30 lvl + scripted chaos invasion at turn 3. As testing requires a lot of time, any feedback is appreciated!

Compability

This Mod will be compatible with 99.9% of all mods. As long as a mod does not explicitly change the focus of ai mounts, it will be compatible. Even then said mod would have to mark every mount as not useful for the ai, which is quite unlikely to be found in a mod.

Additional info

Changed table: character_skill_utilization_hints_junctions_tables
Most Mountskills were added, marked as ALWAYS_USEFUL

So Karl Franz will almost always unlock deathclaw, if the AI randomly decides to unlock the warhorse, which it does most of the time even in vanilla. So this mod improves generic lords as well as LL, if this was your question. I can't give you a 100% chance that LL will get their mounts, but this mod improves the chance to a great extent. (2/2)

@mcoig That is the intended goal of this mod, but it is absolutely possible that Karl Franz will have only a horse as mount when he reaches rank 30. What this mod does is to flag mount skills as always useful, something which applies in vanilla only to the knightly vows of bretonia, so that the AI doesn't pay 500 gold for one knight errant. The AI chooses its skills completely randomly, but this mod helps the AI to prioritize mounts. generally LL with only special mounts, so Wurrzag and Spleenrippa, so LL without the options of a barded warhorse/other generic mount will almost certainly have their mounts unlocked. the problem with the other LL is that the basic generic mounts are not flagged, as otherwise you would see at turn 20 only lords on horses and on turn 100 mostly flying lords, which I didn't wanted to keep balance. Could you make it so that every legendary lord uses their mounts?
Sometimes they just run on foot at high levels

Thank you for the offer to look at mod compatibility, Lord Chatalot! I try not to bother mod authors with questions of compatibility too much. ^_^
It was actually CeltiK's mods I was most curious about, since I use most of them. That and Dynamic Garrisons, which I assume would be fine.
I'm glad to hear it should work, because I'm looking forward to using this! The World needs more giant flying things.

@Lord Chatalot, you can always publish it, I'm sure there'll be people who would want that.

If there is interest, I have made myself a mod which gives the AI characters every 8 turns additional xp, so that you see in the mid to late game also some lvl 30 generals/heroes. If requested, I can publish that one too.

@rhedd Its quite likely that it will be compatible, most AI mods don't use the values I've changed. The AI and Recruitment mod by Celtik is compatible for example. If you want, I can look over the mods that you use and check them.

Excellent mod

Wow, just fought against a wyvern in campaign. Honestly the first time in hundreds of hours. Then the orc went down before I even noticed that he was fighting... :P

What sort of thing is this likely to conflict with? I use a number of mods that change the way the AI recruits troops, garrisons cities, etc.
