(INTERSTELLAR) Ranger

This is the Ranger featured in the 2014's movie Interstellar. I really love the movie and so I do the ships. So this was a special project for me and I am happy to present it!

With the new visual update the black/white color looks even better and the lighting is much more like in the movie!

The whole model is as accurate as I could do it in means of size, maneuverability and functionality. You will find 4 control seats and two additional passenger seats inside. The door in the back can be opened (in the movie it slides downwards but that is almost impossible to achieve - the simplest method is rotating it upwards). There are 2 connectors - one in the back door and one on the bottom.
You can use this ship for space and planets. In space you can easily fly by using the main reactors. For planet use, you need to switch on the auxiliary systems as well! This will increase the maneuverability on planets and give you enough power to run the atmospheric thrusters.
If you want to leave the atmosphere (or you just need some more thrust) switch on the hydrogen thrusters!

Note: There are no tanks inside due to spacing-reasons. The oxygen and hydrogen comes from an oxygen generator. This ship is not survival ready!
