Coring New Concept

Description
Ever felt that having just 2% of non-core volounteers is a shame ?
Ever wanted to properly administrate conquered territories?
Ever wanted to improve their development?
Then this coring mod is just what you need. It brings a complete overhaul to all the existing coring mods.

Features
    Features in italic are brand-new innovations
  • If you have a claim on non-core states you control, you automatically get 20% of volounteers instead of 2%, and non-core slot penalty is reduced by half.
  • If you don't have a claim, you can get create one (and get these bonuses) through integration events!

  • At peace, you can core the states you have a claim on (through coring events).
  • This gives you full core advantages, such as 100% manpower, 100% slots, no resistance

  • Both integration and coring can be sped up from 1 year to 90 days by spending political power
  • AI will only spend pp if he has no other sensible occupation


  • Portable: You don't lose integration progress on reload
  • Adaptive: if state control changes, the bonuses are automatically adapted to the claim or core of the new controller!.

Update: the bonus managment is now done automaically as an on_action instead of events.
A claim now gives 25% extra non-core slots instead of 1.

integ_bonus is used, but not set. In on action, what you set is int_bonus.

Considering the conditions are duplicated a lot in trigger and option, using scripted conditions (https://eu4.paradoxwikis.com/Conditions#Scripted_triggers) may help reduce duplication and improve consistency.

Actually I'm revising your mod to make use of scripted triggers. If you can publish your code in GitHub, I can push (pull request) my changes for you to review.

In addition, I checked your code, your defines miss RADAR_RANGE_BASE, NAVAL_TRANSFER_BASE_NAVAL_DIST_ADD, and other variables, comparing to version 1.4.2.

I think it's unintentional. please add it back or not override this file.

I cant realy understand how it works because on my case i capitulated france as germany and resistance still growing even after i accepted the event.
