V2.0
This mod adds a Sail Chiller, an evaporative cooler that is powered by wind.

- The Sail Chiller uses the same technology as the Passive Cooler, so it's automatically there when you need it...at the beginning.

- HP: 100
- Work: 150
- Base Size: 4x4
- Cost: 200 Wood Logs, 150 Leather
- Minimum temperature: ~ 45F

The sail chiller is very potent, almost OP, but scientifically accurate. It cools fast, but not to even near freezing. Once water is implemented, it will need to be refueld every day.

Please, make a boat mod! It would be amazing to be able to cross oceans with caravans without using transport pods. Maybe only caravans sent from an coastal settlement can leave with a boat?

The sailing sounds amazing and super usefull. Maby make it so it takes longer to go upriver than down? If anyone knows of any mods that have any water trasportation please tell me.

Gotta harvest hemp to get rope...smokeleaf grows slowish.

Rope would make sense if sail chillers use rope, as long as it's not too much of an investment to get.

I'm thinking of adding rope as a prerequisite, and maybe a canoe and then sailing... Any thoughts?
