Better Imperium Penalties

In vanilla WH the player gets penalties to his diplomatic standing with every other faction (from -10 to up to -60) the bigger his empire becomes. These are the old imperium levels from Rome II in disguise. If you don't like the amount of these diplomatic changes but want to keep the game somewhat difficult, this is a mod for you. It halves all diplomatic penalties (-30 max), but adds some new ones in the form of tax income losses simulating corruption (up to - 18%) and unrest (up to -3).

NOTE: I don't know if imperium levels also work for horde factions. Tell me! If so, I may have to rework the penalties, so horde factions are also somewhat affected.

COMPATIBILITY

Won't crash your game even if you uninstall the mod. Compatible with any mod, since only a few values are added or changed. Not affected by any future patches.
