Notitia Dignitatum 3.0 (part 2)

Description
This massive overhaul is the latest incarnation of my mod Notitia Dignitatum. It is so large in fact, that file was originally too large to upload to steam. So I had to split it up into two sections. Almost all vanilla units have been totally reworked. It features over 300 unique shields (I lost count at some point), as well as new helmets, armour, clothes, and more. I have spent at least a year perfecting it. I hope you enjoy.
