Von Carsteins - The Midnight Aristocracy: 10 building slots edition

Description
This is a patched version of my Midnight Aristocracy ministerial offices mod, for the Von Carsteins and Vampire Counts. It allows you ten building slots in all region capitals. It has been requested a lot, so, here it is. :)

Enjoy.

There have been no bugs or issues and I've just finished a campaign on legendary as the Von Carstiens. Direct all queries to the original Midnight Aristocracy mod.

There are an Error in the Download. I get only the .png not the .pack.
I used an external Site: http://steamworkshopdownloader.com and get an Errormessage.

I get the Mainmod on Steam an the external Site correctly
