Vortex Spells Stand Still

Description
This mod simply makes every vortex spell stay in its place when cast, like Pit of Shades does, including Orion's ability. Compatible with anything that doesn't modify the movement_speed value in the battle_vortexs tables.

Sorry man, it's been a long time since I've played this game and my PC can barely run WH2 nowadays. If you want to you can mod it yourself, it's very simple with the tools available iirc. Also, sorry for the super late reply, lol.
