Description
This is a cheat mod that reduces the wait between confederations from 5 turns to 1 for BOTH player and ai. EMPIRE ONLY

This does not remove diplomatic penalties nor affect other limitations. You may want other cheat mods to help with diplomacy and to disable ai confederations.

Seems like I have a conflicting mod. I'll try to figure out what mod in between my two jobs. Any ideas on the types of mods that would possibly cause this to not work?
