Brutal Fix [Fall 2017 patch fixes this]

Description
Brutal now decreases the current will of your soldiers instead of the maximum, preventing your Templar from being reduced to a pansy in terms of will after fighting a Chosen with this strength.

Thanks to reality for the temp fix.

However, I'm seeing comments from people (*Cough* Faust and Saisher) that seem to think companies push out small patches. FIXING something is different to overwriting it with a mod. There is a reason the fall fix was 7.7 GB. They have to rewrite and recompile all of the code that was associated with it. Please stop bashing companies for doing their job. Just because they don't respond immediately doesn't mean they aren't working on it.
