Austria bugfix

Description
First of all, the image you might find to be provocative is not addressed at Austrians or Austria, nor at the steam community. It is not even meant to be offensive, but as a strict comment on how Austria turned out in Civ5 G&K. Having said that, it should not be overrated. Second, the word 'bugfix' is meant to be taken with a pinch of salt. As a bug actually is a technical problem with a software (and of course a tiny animal), this is not a bugfix in its literal sense as it does fix design flaws solely.

Manual for treating this mod
1. Read this description.
2. Think about this description, try to understand it.
3. Don't abuse the report button. Neither is this productive as this mod has been reported already two times without any reaction from steams side. Nor is it an appropriate manner of solving your problems with this mod, especially when you use the button before you even have posted here for the first time. Note. I could have reported at least one user having posted here before myself - I did not do so for two reasons: a) this is childish, b) I don't care for people not knowing fundamentals of respect.
4. Be tolerant! You are not the center of the world, so take in consideration that there might be other points of view about this mod (including the use of the image) that don't meet your opinion, yet are still valid.
5. Don't talk about nationalism here. If at all, this is about patriotism and even if you might not understand the positive aspect of this principle, don't mix the two. Otherwise you won't be taken serious by me.

What I didn't like about the way Austria turned out in G&K / reasons why I did this mod
- The Huszár was given to Austria as a unique unit, yet it is the first choice for Hungarys unique unit. The roots of this unit clearly lie in Hungary and even under Austrian rule, they had a close relationship to Hungary and are still important part of hungarian folklore.
- The map feels bad. Displaying maps was a bad decision in general as those are always a sensitive matter. Yet the Knigdom of Hungary always was a unique political entity, which existed even under austrian rule. Aaustrian rulers used to crown themselves separately as hungarian kings. This ways, Hungary was never core land of Austria. This makes me think that the map currently used in G&K for Austria is inappropriate and misleading, at least, drawing of the internal borders should have been done.
- The civilopedia is giving information that is questionable. Liszt is treated as Austrian, yet he was Hungarian, even according to his own words. While this does not exclude that Liszt was also Austrian or anything else, the information as given in the civilopedia is highly misleading. The matter of Liszts nationality is oftenly discussed lately and I'm tired from explaining that he was unquestionably Hungarian.
Besides of Liszt, there is more trouble with the civilopedia, affecting primarily its german version. The part about the age when Austria took over the rule over Hungary, reads like if their rule was justified, as they would have freed Hungary. They didn't. They always were seen as enemies in Hungary, even the age of the dual monarchy was rather more a golden cage. Lastly, the german entry about the Huszár do not mention its relationship to Hungary by a single word ('hungarian' doesn't even occur in the text).
- The icon and colours (frequent combination) are making modders live difficult. Some Poles seem to be upset as the button is too close to their coat of arms. Identifying civs by only two colours is a general flaw of civ5, but in case of Austria, there would have been alternatives.

None of these points alone would have been critsized much (besides of the Huszár maybe), but together they leave a very bad taste.

Changes:
- The k.k. Landwehr replaces the Huszár as unique unit.
- The button has been changed to the habsburg double-headed eagly, the colours are now yellow and black.
- English and german civilopedia texts have been altered a little.

NOTE: THIS MOD IS INTENDED TO IMPROVE ON THE AUSTRIA CIV SHIPPED WITH G&K, THIS IS NOT MEANT TO ALTER ANY AUSTRIA(-HUNGARY) MOD!
