[WOTC] Toned Down Militia

Description
Militia aim reduced by 15-25 depending on rank.

To partially compensate, increased their damage by 1.5 — Slightly lower than XCOM rifles.

By default, the resistance militia forces have 95 aim—Matched or higher than any other units in the game. This brings them down to sensibility, in line with the rookies they are. I may adjust them upwards if necessary after some more testing, but 95 is just silly.

I'm a bit late but @Akos, these guys are militia, basically civvies trained on how to use a gun and not much else, they can't really be compared to your soldiers whose main purpose is to kill ayys.

I assume that their higher base accuracy is to compensate for the stupid level of AI they have and the overwhelming number of enemies. Also why wouldn't they be good at fighting? It's literally their entire purpose.

This is .ini edits so 99% sure not affected by the WoTC patches.

@Battlestar yeah just saw the patch now. Several of my mods need to be updated apparently.

Just a heads up, it looks like the patch knocks accuracy down from 95 to 85 across the board. I imagine you'll just need to update these numbers to allow this to work properly.

what file needs to be edited to make changes to the militia??

I'd like to increase their base damage but keep aim the same xD
