Description
Second Wave Remastered: SPARK Potential WotC.

A quick variant of the Vanilla SWR Hidden Potential Mod that randomizes SPARK unit development.
Updated to properly function in WotC. It does not modify the Squire (Squaddie) level, as that is the SPARK's equivalent to Rookie.

Heavily recommended to be used with SWR: Alien Range Bonus, since by using the classic values of the XCOM MEC, the aim of XCOM 2 SPARKS have a median up to +10 higher, which the Range Bonus compensates for.

The randomized StatCap was removed.

Relevant Modifications were done in WotC version of the XComClassData.ini.

Optional SPARK Aim: 1-5 Aim per level. (Same as the MEC from EW)
Since health doesn’t normally increase for the SPARK units, only aim is randomized.
Works with all SWR Mods.

@teh1archon Mmm, all SWR should work mid-campaign. The HP-style Randomization ones like this will be less effective since characters will have fewer remaining levels to progress randomly, but they should work so long as it takes the updated .ini files. NCE will work, but it will take a month before Rookies start showing up randomized.

@Mertius does this (and the other SWR) work mid-campaign (for new soldiers of course)? I forgot to turn it on.

@MajorHyrican Hmm, are you certain it is this mod? This is a very small .ini edit for a very small portion of a single .ini file. It's even technically only modifying the portion associated with the DLC, and nothing that should effect the running of the game. Have you tried removing the mod and running without it?

Point of order: The starting rank for SPARKS is "Squire", not "Squaddie", in keeping with the knightly theme of SPARK ranks.

red fog and epigenetics/not created equaly for enemies) would be great but i know, this is new land, u didnt do this for vanilla either
