This mod was inspired by Emcdunna's mods.

It aims at helping the Empire AI to be more likely to survive in the grand campaign by giving them several buffs through the Altdorf building chain.

THIS MOD WAS MADE FOR THE AI.
You can still use this mod if you want to play as the Empire, but I would not recommend it as your campaign will be really easy.

Altdorf lvl 1 :
+1 local recruitment capacity (factionwide)
+5 growth (all provinces)

Altdorf lvl 2 :
-5% recruitment cost (all armies)
+1 local recruitment capacity (factionwide)
+10 growth (all provinces)
-5% building construction cost (all regions)

Altdorf lvl 3 :
-10% recruitment cost (all armies)
+1 local recruitment capacity (factionwide)
+15 growth (all provinces)
-10% building construction cost (all regions)
-5% upkeep (all armies)

Altdorf lvl 4 :
-15% recruitment cost (all armies)
+2 local recruitment capacity (factionwide)
+20 growth (all provinces)
-15% building construction cost (all regions)
-5% upkeep (all armies)

Altdorf lvl 5 :
-20% recruitment cost (all armies)
+2 local recruitment capacity (factionwide)
+25 growth (all provinces)
-20% building construction cost (all regions)
-10% upkeep (all armies)
