Description
In other multiverses,it may be a grave mistake to go the wrong way when searching for the manufacturing wing...

Armed with nothing but a flashlight cube,you must venture to the 60th floor of SCP-087-AS...

NOTE! READ THIS BEFORE COMMENTING!
The original game itself is practically the same thing; endless stairs with minor jumpscares along the way, and a monster at the end. SO DON'T COMPLAIN! This, in it of itself, is an exact, if not near exact replica of the actual game.

- Added Wheatley's dialog.

- Added a better flashlight, but kept the Flashlight Cube in.
(The light is emitted from your portal gun, which you now have to remain canon to the single-player campaign.)

SCP-087-AS:
This SCP was Aperture's attempt at one-upping the SCP company after hearing of their exploits through a time rift that occurred in the testing tracks. (You know of what I mean; Cave,on said time travel,mentioned to not make eye contact with your other self,or it might wipe out time. Forwards and back.) They made a sixty-floor deep stairwell to go with Cave's $60 promise for testing,and placed a Turret at the bottom. They then injected anomalous material into the stairwell. Several weeks afterwards,they sent several of their injured test subjects down the shaft with pocket radios. When they called the subjects who reached the bottom,all they heard was silence

AND AGAIN! Don't complain, this isn't much different from the actual game.

Ooooh I heard about this a while ago, it's very interesting. SCPs are great fuel for inspiration on horror stories

If you want to learn about individual SCPs, I recommend looking up videos on YouTube. You could also read the original stories, but at some point the SCP Foundation website got hacked, and I don't know if it's been restored yet. (The fact that I mentioned creepypastas should be hint enough, but just in case, do be warned that a lot of them are spooky)

SCPs are an ancient internet creepypasta sort of thing--originally starting as horror stories about anomalous creatures and objects, linked to the SCP Foundation. 'SCP' also stands for the Foundation's motto, "Secure. Contain. Protect." The SCP Foundation collects everything classed as an SCP to get it away from harming the public, and to study it for science.

SCP's, apart from their originating stories, are known most for the games based upon them--the most commonly-known ones being SCP-087 and SCP-087-B, games based upon an SCP that is an endless staircase with unspeakable horrors the deeper down you get, and the game SCP Containment Breach, which is a randomly-generated maze game where you explore the SCP facility as one of its test subjects, attempting to escape the facility alive, when all of the SCPs breach containment.

I've been playing all the horror maps on portal, so I didn't find it scary. But I definitely would, if I was new to this.

I appreciate this map, don't listen to people complaing about something they got for free

So I was too afraid to finish this map, but I love the setup at the beginning! I did watch the video, though, and I think that it would do better if there were different dramatic/scary music and if you were allowed to die; otherwise the end feels abrupt.
