Static Castle Garrisons [Vanilla]

[Vanilla] means this mod is for use with Shogun 2: Total War's Sengoku Jidai campaign.

This mod changes the vanilla Shogun 2 castle town garrisons to a uniform quantity regardless of castle size.

The garrisoned units are:

1x Yari Ashigaru Garrison
1x Bow Ashigaru Garrison
1x Samurai Retainers

At the Castle and Citadel tiers (4 and 5 respectively) an Onna Bushi garrison is added.

The goal of this mod is to make garrisons slightly better in lower tier castles but worse at higher tier castles.
