Construction Flavoured Garrisons [Vanilla]

Description
[Vanilla] means this mod is for use with Shogun 2: Total War's Sengoku Jidai campaign.

This modification enhances provincial garrisons by causing buildings within a province to generate garrisoned units. The generated garrisons are as follows:

Market buildings will spawn two Ashigaru Loanswords.
Stealth dojos will spawn two Shinobi Kohai.
Katana dojos will spawn Katana and No-Dachi Samurai.
Yari dojos will spawn Yari and Naginata Samurai.
Bow dojos will spawn two Bow Samurai.
Siege buildings will spawn Fire bomb Throwers, Mangonels and finally Matchlock Samurai.
Buddhist temples will spawn two Naginata Warrior Monks.
Christian temples and Leased Land (Otomo DLC) will spawn two Jesuit Guard.
The second tier of the Encampment chain spawns a single unit specific to the camp type.

These new units spawn as a pair irrespective of tier. Where there is a mix of units, you will see one of each type.

This is intended to buff the AI garrisons, as the AI tends to pursue unit producing buildings across multiple provinces as opposed to players who tend to centralize production and build commerce everywhere else. Thus, unit recruitment buildings give Samurai garrison, while commercial buildings produce Ashigaru garrison.

This mod should be used in conjunction with my Static Castle Garrisons mod.

KNOWN ISSUES

- Some unit sounds may be corrupted. This appears to be a bug with the way Shogun 2 handles additions/mods to the units table. I recommend you download and run Sinfonia Semplice[www.twcenter.net] from the Total War Center Forums if you have this problem. It fixed the sound issues for me.

This is the only garrison mod I could find that doesn't utterly break the UI on the buildings. Fantastic mod!

Any updates? The idea sounds amazing, but I am hesitant.

Checked the mod... two garrison units should be spawning from all tiers of recruitment buildings. I don't know why they would not be.

Truth be told, I no longer have this mod enabled. Perhaps there's been a small change in a recent patch. PFM reported an error when I opened the pack file... hmm...

Interesting. Rereading my description perhaps I changed it partway through and didn't fully implement it.

Originally the garrisoned units only appeared at the tier two building and onwards. But the wording now says "irrespective of tier". Perhaps I didn't code it correctly. I'll take a look sometime.

I checked again. Looks like I misread the tab. It is as you say, for the Yari and Katana Dojos. The Stables and Bow Dojos don't provide any garrison units, however. Not sure if that's intentional.

I'm not even sure how Ikko Ikki got a ronin garrison from the Yari dojo. Are you sure you don't have some kind of mod conflict?

I don't recall adding entries specific to the Ikko Ikki at all... sounds very wierd. What should happen (as I recall; it's been a while since I looked into this) is that if the Ikko build the dojo, they should still get the samurai garrison, but can only construct the ronin unit.
